The Home Improvement Center prides itself with its competitive pricing throughout the store. Our policy is that we will match retails of our competitors in the Santa Barbara area including Carpinteria and Goleta. The prices we match are for regular retails and do not include sale or close-out pricing. We also cannot match online pricing unless a particular store stocks and retails a given item for the same price.
If a customer finds a lower retail for an exact-match item at another store in our area, IE same model, manufacturer number and UPC, once we have verified the other store’s regular retail price we will be very glad to match it. Again, for items we are attempting to match a price on, these items cannot be on sale, on a close out or otherwise specially priced on promotion by the other retailer. Their price must be their every-day regular price. We do not match lumber pricing since quality and source vary so much for like items. Should you wish for us to match an already purchased item, we ask that you do so within our 1 week time line.
