Q: Do you deliver, what is the delivery area, and how much is the fee?

Yes we deliver. We do not deliver past Bates Road to the south, Winchester Canyon to the North, or Painted Cave to the East. Click on here for delivery fees.

During the current crisis, we are temporarily not doing any deliveries.

Q: Do you cut keys?

Yes we do cut keys, including home, padlock, auto, as well as some programmable auto keys.

Q: Do you re-screen screens or build new screens?

We only re-screen when your frame is undamaged.

Q: Do you cut lumber and plywood?

We can make straight cuts to your specifications for wood purchased from us, but all lengths must be a minimum of one foot in length.

Cuts can be made between the following times (7:45 am-6:45 pm Mon.-Fri., 8 am-5:45 pm Sat., & 8:30 am-5:15 pm Sun.)

Q: Do you fill propane tanks or have a tank exchange program?

We do not exchange tanks, but we fill tanks during the following hours: (8 am-5:45 pm Mon.-Fri., 8 am-5:15 pm Sat. & 8:30 am-5:15 pm Sun.)

Q: Do you custom match paint colors and how long does it take?

We computer match paint and it typically takes around 15 minutes.

Q: How long does it take to receive an item that is special ordered?

For most items it takes just 3 to 4 days, other items may take anywhere from a week to a month depending on the supplier.

Q: How do I know when I may pick up my special order?

We will contact you as soon as your order is ready.
